Welcome to Gilden Woods Haslett!

We’re so glad you’re here. Our team of early education experts is eager to meet you. We’re passionate about providing a positive, nurturing, high-quality child care experience your whole family will love. Come see for yourself!

Our school proudly offers Infant, Toddler, Preschool/K-Prep, and School Age programs. Our teachers help children build a great foundation with a meaningful approach to early education. We guide preschoolers to foster kindergarten readiness skills and a lifelong love of learning. And we welcome school-age students before and after school to provide extra resources and learning support.

Our safe, secure classrooms are all designed using a child-centered approach to engage their senses and keep them interested, curious, and excited about learning. Here, children grow their independence and social-emotional maturity in a community-based environment rooted in healthy habits and practical skills.

Education: Bachelors in Elementary Education

Hello! My name is Jennifer, and I am the Program Director here at the Haslett Gilden Woods. I have been with Gilden Woods since February 2016. I started as the lead teacher in our Infant classrooms and then I moved to be the lead teacher in our lyric room for a couple of years. I then became the Curriculum Coordinator for the Grand Ledge location for a couple of years before becoming the Assistant Director back at the Haslett Location. I look forward to meeting you and your family soon!
