Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Gilden Woods Howell, a leading daycare and preschool providing high-quality childcare and early education. We are conveniently located behind the Hampton Bay Hotel at 3811 Grand Oaks Dr., Howell, MI 48843. We proudly serve families in the Howell, Brighton, and Fowlerville communities.

We provide programs for Infants, Toddlers, Twos, Early Preschool, Preschool, Pre-K, and Before- and After-School Clubs. For our school-age families, transportation is available to and from Challenger Elementary and Three Fires Elementary. We also partner with the state of Michigan to offer the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP). a free, state-funded Pre-K program for eligible families. Families can choose from flexible full-time, part-time, drop-in care, and Summer Camp options. We also offer engaging enrichment programs such as Spanish and Soccer.

Our experienced, nurturing educators create a warm environment where every child feels loved and encouraged to grow. All staff members are certified in First Aid and CPR, and many hold bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education.

Through our SproutAbout family communication app, you’ll receive live streaming video, real-time photos, videos, and updates that help you feel connected and involved in your child’s day.
